Logan Lerman talks ‘Fencing’ and ‘The Three Musketeers’ with Absolute

July 11, 2010

Logan Lerman, best known for his role in the Percy Jackson franchise, was recently confirmed for the role of D’Artagnan in the Summit Entertainment production of Alexandre Dumas’ The Three Musketeers. He’ll be joining Oscar winner Christoph Waltz and Orlando Bloom among others in the 3D remake.

THR is reporting that Paul W.S. Anderson (“Resident Evil”) will be taking on the project in hopes of creating what sounds to be a period piece with a modern twist. Filming is set for later this year with a scheduled 2011 release. Here is a short interview with where he mentions “fencing training” for pre-production and the differences between this role and Percy:

  • Danielle

I’m so excited! I loved him in the The Percy Movie, he was so cute. I’m a fencer, so now that he knows how to fence my crush on him got even bigger :)
