Leven Rambin is Clarisse in Percy Jackson Sequel

April 10, 2012

Leven Rambin, Glimmer in The Hunger Games and seen above with Brandon T. Jackson (Grover), has been cast to fill the role of Clarisse, daughter of Ares, in Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters.

It seems that the Percy Jackson sequel is finally kicking into gear. They have begun quickly filling up the supporting roles for Sea of Monsters. With a release date of March 26, 2013, news should begin rolling in about filming.

In honor of her role as daughter of Ares, the god of war, here is a video I shot at the Hunger Games Mall Tour: Atlanta where Leven answers the question, “What would you choose as your favorite weapon if you were really in the Hunger Games?”

  • Aelia

That’s a really odd choice…I was expecting a rough and less…well, attractive choice. She’s not exactly what I imagined. (actually, she looks more like Annabeth and the girl who plays annabeth looks like Clarisse…odd)

  • Mademoiselle Unknown

After seeing her as Glimmer in The Hunger Games, I think she’s perfect for the role. I’ve always imagined Clarisse with Leven Rambin’s face.
