It appears that Clary is standing with her back to us, and Cassandra Clare confirmed that Sebastian is the one with her on the cover as an angel?? WHAT?? What is going on in this book? Let’s also point out that Clary is wearing white with wedding runes! City of Heavenly Fire will be released on May 27th!

Cassie also tweeted this:

That is beautiful. I don’t want TMI storyline to end BUT I can’t wait to get my hands on this book! This will definitely be something that I buy in print.

Oh god, this is the worst one yet. The first three covers, and books, were amazing. The past two covers, and stories, weren’t as great. I’m still super excited to read it and see how the series ends.

Shadowhunters wear gold for weddings, not white :P

  • Kala

White is the shadow hunter’s color of mourning so the better question is who died. The wedding runes are irrellevent after that.

Good point. I am glad someone recognized that.
